CrC (London) Limited has been incorporated for over 12 years.
In this time, we have worked with Samsung to open the first London Samsung QSR in 2008, and SSC in 2011, before moving up to Surrey Quays’ flagship store in 2016.

During 2020, our business model changed from Walk-In SSC to join with Assurant on their new venture with Pocket Geek Tech Repair.
CrC now has nine locations to our name and serving over 25,000 customers per year – with more plans for expansion coming, starting with our upcoming London Call Centre, “Come To You” Mobile service, and Warehouse Distribution Operations expected to open late 2024.
At CrC, we started the Pocket Geek Tech Repair network with Assurant PGUK Limited as their first Franchisee, setting out systems and standards for the network.
We now work with multiple major UK banks and businesses to provide Insurance-Grade repairs, as well as professional Handset refurbishing services to our customers and B2B clients across the UK.

In 2023, due to our exemplary service at just 2 years old, we won “Best Service and Repair” for Pocket Geek Tech Repair by Mobile News.
As our network grows, we are exploring new services for the UK to stand out from the competition even further – including “Come to You” services, utilising mobile engineers and branded vehicles for all-variable service provision.
Our growth since 2020 prompted us to search for a partner providing device and parts refurbishment services, that we could work with to provide mutual benefits.

In 2023, this search culminated in a partnership with Stone Technologies Ltd., following an extensive vetting process and strategic discussions.
Through this partnership, we aim to integrate Stone's exceptional products and service capabilities into the UK/EU markets, significantly benefiting our existing partners with premium access to our comprehensive offerings.
